Still not got my 2012 gift. Their shipping tracker shows that it wasn't sent out by GG until 8th Feb (despite the shipping being paid for 2 weeks earlier), got to LA on 10th Feb and hasn't been seen since.

I notified GG on 2nd March that I still didn't have anything (they usually only take a week or so from start to finish to arrive) and was advised that it must be stuck in customs. I'm currently chasing this up but don't hold much hope...

Which gift are you talkin about?
I got my jar-jar bust,and the Hobbit Dwalin bust,but I looked on some forums,and some people allready received it.
So I contacted GG and they where going after it.
They provided me the trace code aswell,and you could see it was stuck in L.A.
The next day I received a mail,with the answer,that it just cleared customs.
And 2 days later they arrived.
If you have another PMG gift,they where releashed later.
They keep you informed through mail by sending out their relaese scedule.

So exellent service from GG

The Rebel Fleet Trooper. This is the first issue I've ever had with Gentle Giant so I still hope that it comes through.

sadly if it's stuck in customs there's not anything GG can do to speed it up. If you have a tracking number then just keep checking it.

I received my Voldemort bust yesterday (my PGM freebie) after being charged for the shipping on it 2 weeks ago. I had to call and ask about it during the week and I got the impression that the warehouse forgot to ship it. Probably lost in the shuffle. More positive note, it came out awesome!

Yes this had to be there allready.
This is one of the first things they processed.
That was my PGM to.
The Jar-jar was my holiday bust.

It seems you can still order it on their website.

I hope it works out allright.
