what is the this statue really worth for buying? I see it on ebay in the thousands, I know its a tiny 9 in statue, no way would I ever spend that much on a 9 in statue, I think $400 should be a max price for such a small piece

It's all supply and demand. Compared to how many people want this, there aren't enough to go around, so whoever has one is at an advantage to sell high, and looking at Sold prices on eBay, clearly people are willing to pay high. As a result this statue is just valuable. Sucks for whoever doesn't want to pay a lot for it, but unlike some newer statues whose sellers unnaturally inflate the prices, the value of this statue naturally rose as the market (people who want it) dictated.

I don't have this and I wouldn't pay the current going rate for such a small statue as well, but everybody who has this statue seems to love it and the market value is justified. I'll just enjoy my Fierce Diety.
