I'm so pissed I missed these. It took so long to get this done that I forgot about it. This will be the first Marvel Masterpiece set I miss out on . . . had them all

if you just want the base set its not that bad, but the epic purple high numbers and the chase sets can go for quite a bit. I've been noticing less and less of the epic purple high numbers so it seems those are becoming less available, those are probably going to go up in cost as supply dwindles

Sold two base sets in the past year for about 1100 per. Price on the inserts above is pretty spot on, also sold about 120 random base cards for about $900, not often that you can clean up on superhero cards, but this set is pretty golden.

I wouldnt sell my 96 set even for $1100, it took me a really long time to track down all the double impacts, I got them years ago though when they werent as insanely priced as now, I think I paid $200 for the entire 96 base set but that was early 2000's

I'm finally going to buy a few of my favorites of these on ebay. How much thicker are these than regular cards? Will they fit in Ultra Pro screw downs or regular sized sleeves? Any inf. would be appreciated. Thanks.

they are a lot thicker than regular cards, but I think theyd fit in regular sized sleeves or screw downs, the pics I posted of the set a page or so back were all in regular sized card pages and they fit in there snug but nicely

Perfect! Thanks for the info. The base cards are about as inexpensive as they're ever going to get now, so I'm going to pick and choose a few of my favorites.
