That's a pretty critical aspect of the statue that they wouldn't just change. I'm sure at least half the people that ordered the statue wouldn't want it if the top was no longer removable, myself included.

The Sha-Ryn top is not removable.

During production, our factory found that if you showed the Sha-Ryn without her top there was an obvious seam line around her neck. To fix this issue we had a couple of options.

Our first option would have been to redesign the head, neck, and torso to remove the seam line from happening. However, this would have set us back at least six months and scrapped our entire production line up to that point.

The second option was to attach the top so that it was no longer removable. As this was the faster, easier and cheaper solution to the problem we went that route.

I'm not trying to sound dramatic but I'm done. The medusa victorious debacle and now this has me livid. I'm just not getting what I want from this company. I'm so glad I have no other orders than Sha-ryn.

Of course it's a nice looking statue but that is not the point. Personally I was not 100% satisfied for my first order with ARH which was Medusa Victories and I will be less than satisfied now. It doesn't matter because it will just fall on deaf ears with this company. Some people will be fine and others won't. The best way for me is to not order from them anymore. I want what I want but I'm not getting it here. If I could get my money back I would but even that will be an issue. One thing is for sure, I will not keep this statue once it comes in.
