HULK: Ultimate Destruction - Help Please!?

Howdy folks!

I rented this game, and I just couldn't get past the 2nd Bruce Banner level.

I can get past the dogs now, but I can never take out the soldiers
properly after that, and they always end up shooting my sorry @$$.

If anybody has any info on how the @$#%@#$% to get past this level, I'd
very much appreciate it. I want to buy the game at some point, and this
level was very frustrating to me.
