I really don't think it will end as most events really don't...
but the magic part is just getting old..no offense.

I still invision it ending like this.....
Every character we have been reading about for the past 20-30 years have been skrulls. All the heros/villians have been replaced and in stasis. Now they are coming out to reclaim their world.
Thus bringing us back to the 70s.
Why do i think this? Joe Q is trying to bring back older characters and older story lines, bowen is doing more and more 70s characters etc.... Seems like marvel is trying to go back in time now.

I think it will end in disappointment. Just like most 'events' tend to do... 
Hopefully I'll be proven wrong though. We'll see...

I'd love for the new heroes to be Skrulls and for the old heroes to come back...but I don't think it will be as cut and dry as that when all is said and done
