Think about it, how many sales is he going to lose by having an inaccurate number of dread rings?

Yes, I get you. I own a few businesses so I agree with Jhonny from the business point of view. But it comes down to this attitude. If you like it, you buy it. If not just ---- off.
Again, I thought the 1/3 line was supposed to be going for movie accuracy. I mean that was the whole point of the 1/3 line back in the day and in this forum, everyone was saying why 1/3 when there is 1/4 a few years back. (I could be wrong). Every predator statue forum has this issue back to the old sideshow maquette(or just jump into any predator forum) and thatis the beauty of the predator community is that we want it as accurate as possible(dying community though)
I mean look at the JH release with the numerous tweaks to make it as accurate as can be with the contestant updates from the fans. I was very happy with that release and experience, fans engaging with Prime 1 to get an accurate JH, very rare to see that nowadays. They did it before, why not now? It's a win-win on both sides.
Even the P2, Berseker & AVP preds were going for movie accuracy and weren't just an ideal version.
Speaking about cost, let me just say I have visited the factories where Prime 1 and other statute companies sub-con for their paint and it's not that expensive. Don't get me started with Coolprops drama.
Anyway, their sculpture is all done digitally in 3D. Let's be honest, just a few tweaks here and there aren't gonna take a lot of their time and the cost is also gonna be minimal especially if the statue is not under production. That is the beauty of a digital sculpt is that can be updated on the go and without much hassle.
Do bear with me, an old collector, haha, I just wanted to engage in this forum before I retire from this hobby after getting this last piece. At least I posted a reply here after looking at so many people's comments over the years.
