Are you sure deposits are refundable? It’s common place that deposits aren’t, but I could be mistaken.

The 25% restocking fee is nonrefundable. But the rest is. This was before so the deposit is half of the statue price + shipping fee not like $50 it is now.

Is it 25% of the deposit, or the total cost of the statue? I’ve never been clear on that.

CANCELLING AN ORDER:
We understand circumstances may lead to the need to cancel an order with us. You may cancel an order at any time, however all cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation fee. Pre-orders are not excluded from the cancellation fee.
If do not wish to pay the cancellation fee, we can transfer the funds from one purchase to another balance owed on your account if applicable.

Canceled mine some time ago.
Got it transferred to Batgirl.
Took some time, as we all know the shop is small. But it got done.
Just keep the follow-up emails going out.

On a $300 statue that would be $75, Sideshow only charges 10% to cancel but you can't transfer it to another statue... I guess it depends on if you have lots of orders with TH or not... TH is slow at refunding though it took them over 2 months to refund me but I did get it...

Damn 2 months? I guess I will have to wait it out. I am thinking of downsizing my collection so I don't think I will get any more statues from Tweeterhead :/ Thanks for the input guys
