Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

First 4 Figures - (Modern) Super Sonic

Revealed at the Weston Super Sonic Convention in England yesterday!

They've posted an official video via Facebook and confirmed 2015 pre-orders.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFUR5C82JrA

First picture from the convention:

It appears that they've used these images of Super Sonic as reference, with the final battle at Station Square against Perfect Chaos (Sonic Adventure) worked into the base.

*Will update with official pictures and information when available.*

Another blurry picture, and a much cleaner video surfaced from the convention.

You can find the video here: http://www.sonicstadium.org/2015/01/...tue-announced/

I can't wait for this one! Really well executed if you ask me. The pearlescent finish is outstanding.

I grew up with the classic 2D games, but it was the Adventure series on Dreamcast that really captured me with Sonic. To this day, SA1 and SA2/2:Battle remain some of my all time personal favorites.

Loving what they're doing with the Modern line, and I'm excited to see how far it goes. Already anticipating the inevitable Super Shadow release.

I like it, but I might just stick with my classic. The lighting effects do look awesome, though.

This looks amazing. I sort of wish they had tackled Silver first, but this is a MUST HAVE for me.

I still haven't seen a Sonic figure or statue that I want. All of them have things that bother me. Those first few games are classics too. I would like to own a Sonic someday.

Yup. I love it. Thinking about having someone bust the right arm off, reattach and make it look more like this, though:

I thought I'd drop this pic in here. F4F were awesome enough to let me and my girlfriend keep the prototype after we'd announced it at the event! Here's a completely dark shot I took of the statue with lighting effects:

It really lights the figure up beautifully, as well as the space around it. It was lighting up the room when I took the shot!
