toytracker.net, are these really accurate prices???

I checked this website for todays value of some statues but I think a lot of items are valued way to low or at least with an inaccurate value.

just a few examples: the MR Millennium Falcon signature edition has a value mentioned of $2800 but I have seen this a few times go for more than $6500.
At-At walker on signed snow base studio scale, it went several times over the $2500, on Toytracker: $610 With a "Crash and Burn" warning, are they mad(!???)

A lot more values are incorrect in my opinion. Right?

that site is useless. the best way to get an accurate price is to search "sold" items on ebay. Ignore the highest and lowest and take an average of the rest.
