It's so uncharacteristic of Sideshow to behave in this manner. Poor Jerry, they're always screwing him over. The website guy(s), the customer service team that was fired, the new ownership, and now Sideshow.

Just think how much worse off we would all be without Gerald "Jerry" Macaluso's sterling management and stewardship to keep all these heathens at bay.

A group needs to approach them and ask about refunds on camera. And if Macaluso is ever foolish enough to show his face at a "con" again it shall not end well for him.

This would be damn funny if it wouldn't be that sad.

Sideshow is operating via Nolan's Interstellar timeline rules where 1 hour = 7 years in earth time.

I honestly have a better chance of dating famous Hollywood actress than seeing my refund from these guys.

You need a few groups to actually make an impact or to at least get Sideshow to publicly address it.

Remember...this community only represents an asshair's percentage to them and I'm sure the refunds group is smaller than that (regardless of the amount owed).

As far as the Great Macaluso, he'll continue to recruit kids to buy into his next b/s scheme. There are always new and uneducated collectors introduced into this hobby everyday.

Judging by their facebook, activity and lack of Sideshow's responses, I'd say PCS has experienced massive cancels not just from this forum.

If it wasn't a big deal Sideshow would not let all this keep festering.

Jerry's a Done Donkey. Take the time to look at what he actually sculpted for PCS and you come to realize he wasn't as important as he'd lead everyone to believe. Most money stuff is going digital anyways and with an eye towards large scale production; he's a dinosaur.

He may be able to get a job sculpting somewhere but his name will never have the cachet or weight it did when he and collectors misconstrued the passion for PCS's licenses as popularity for his own work.
His never was squat and it never will be. His popularity was always derived from this community. That is why he focused so much time here.

I'm sure he'll flop around trying some new venture though until nothing meaningful materializes from it.
