Though as a huge fan of broly I'm beyond happy they made him now. For me at this point in my life it's perfect timing. Also to see and more importantly own a broly statue of this calibre has kind of completed my collection. I've wanted great 1/4 statues of all my Favourite characters and Broly was the last one.
Yes, I do realize the demand for this was huge among DBZ fans, although they probably would have sold twice that amount with a Goku (a most likely much lower price would have helped as well of course).
I shouldn't be surprised really, I'm French, Tsume is a French company, and Broly has a massive following here.
I remember my best friend when I was younger was absolutely obsessed with him and I just didn't get it (never been a fan of the vilains in DBZ tbh, unlike Star Wars where it's reversed).

That being said, I'll totally admit that I was tempted due to the sheer quality of the piece. It looks absolutely amazing, but I never spend that kind of money without some "emotional bond".

Fingers crossed for a Gohan or Goku next, hoping they pick up the pace a bit as well.

only reason i went for this piece was they offered 12 month interest free plan. i got xm hulkbuster, weapon x, white magneto and hmo morrigan ultimate set on po. i already went over budget for 2017 so 12 month plan from tsume helped me a lot. and yea broly looks so damn cool. gonna put it right next to my xm hulkbuster when he comes lol

I find it weird that when I checked out and finalized the payment with the 6 month payment plan for the King Of Destruction version it turned out to be 1195,73 € and shipping is 184,00 €. The total was 1379,73 €. Is this normal? I thought the price was 1399 €?

It’s confirmed for KoD Broly edition the second stand to display both busts?

Spent all day yesterday battling with myself to order this beast and figured I probably couldn't swing it. Sat on it past the PO widow then went back to it at around 1am and it was still available for PO so I figured it was a sign and I caved. Reg tho, Collectors was way too expensive.

good job, either way you're a winner whether you get the reg or the KOD version.

I think the reg is just a much better value, cause the KOD is same pose with just light up ball and eyes, him holding goku is so much better and for the price of the energy ball you could use that money to just buy the MRC/Yume one and that one has the energy ball, with better base
