For me it's too close to call since I buy and enjoy BOTH their DC and Marvel lines. The more companies producing items for these lines, the better!

Their DC ArtFX, ArtFX + and DC Bishoujou wins because of flawless paint apps.
So is the Marvel bishoujo and Marvel ArtFX , ArtFX + series. Flawless paint apps and great sculpts.
The only 1-Up that Koto's Marvel license has is that it allows Marvel Koto Fine Art series.
DC's license with Koto does not allow Koto to produce DC characters in polystone, hence no DC Koto Fine Art series, which is a bummer.

Well in the bishoujo lines, I would say DC. All of the DC girls have been perfect. The Marvel line had some flops, like:
New Psylocke (pose is too forced)
Storm (looks odd, silver hair)
White Storm (diaper)
New Black WidowS (too many versions, ugly elf face. Looks like she farted while climbing wall)
The only bad DC bishoujo was the SDCC Harley. YIKES!

Right now the Marvel line wins just because there's so much more variety. There aren't any DC Fine Art statues, and there are only a few full-size ArtFX statues so far. DC does have the better lineup of Bishoujos, but when it comes to ArtFX+ I like what I see from the Avengers prototypes better than most of the DC pieces. So those two kind of cancel each other out.
But seeing as how I like to collect both, I'm just happy Koto seems to be doing right by both licenses these days.

Well, at the moment i need to go with DC, i liked more their statues and is the ones that go better with what i can afford...

I'd prefer DC from Koto because Bowen fills all my Marvel needs and i haven't seen one Marvel statue done by Koto that's better than Bowen.
People have been crying out for a 1:6/1:7 DC line for years and Koto need to deliver!
Forget all the 1/10 ArtFX+ stuff, terrible lines imo and i can't believe they push them so much.
