Deathstroke easily.
I can see Wolvie first using his stealth to get behind Slade and asking him for a light for his cigar. Deathstroke would be impressed anyone could sneak up and swings at Logan with his battle-stave, but would miss much to his surprise. Wolverine would counter quickly taking advantage of Slade being off balance. If not for Deathstroke's super fast reflexes that might finish the fight right there, but as it is, he turns the tables on not only Wolverine, but also the other X-Men by using his fear-ray rifle and commanding his para-demon army. Eventually, only Colossus is left and Slade defeats him by simply dodging Colossus charge and letting him fall off the edge of the butte.

Wow... you say Slade can take down the entire X-Men team, but what about psytics. Xavier can make him think himself as 13 years old girl who likes to braid her hair... ?

Well... I didn't include Professor X in my "hypothetical" line up. BTW that previous post was my recap of the one time Wolverine fought Deathstroke back in the X-Men / Teen Titans crossover (1982). Just be glad you didn't create a Mr Spock versus Wolverine thread.
Honestly, I don't see any of the peak human to low-level superhuman fighters and martial artists of the Marvel or DC universes (ex. Captain America, Daredevil, Shang-Chi, Batman, Deathstroke) really being able to beat Wolverine in a physical fight. For the most part they can't do any significant damage to him against both his adamantium skeleton and healing factor. They also would do poorly if they get tagged by his claws. While Deathstroke may be stronger, faster and more skilled than him, he is not significantly so.
Now if Wolverine doesn't have the adamantium or they can negate the healing factor it becomes a much easier fight.
Wolverine for the win.

Slade. He has some trouble at first with the healing factor, but he figures out a way to put him down. Fighting Slade is like fighting Batman, Captain America and Taskmaster all at once.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Wolverine. Slade gases out. It's very intense. Logan spares him outta respect.

Under normal circumstances I'd say it's a stalemate.
But SONICobra said Berserker Rage; and in that case I wouldn't even bet on Thanos, let alone Deathstroke.
Wolverine FTW indeed.
