When's the last time Sideshow did a throwback like that? Not like a movie piece or one of the early PFs with a round base.

An actual retro costume that isn't just "the" standard look like Phoenix or Black Canary or 90's Storm.

The current brown costume Wolverine. It’s a wildly popular costume but it’s not the standard for him. It’s very specifically early or mid 80s until 1992 when Jim Lee put him back in yellow. But I wouldn’t count that because it’s also Wolverine. And if we count that look we’d have to count Cyclops and Jean’s Jim Lee costumes which are right on par with Storm’s Jim Lee costume.

Symbiote Spidey? It’s an extremely popular look but it comes from one very specific era in the comics. And I mean specifically the alien symbiote, not the cloth black costume.

It’s not Marvel but the previous Catwoman PF? Because it’s definitely a realistic take on the 90s Animated series version. They did give it some modern twists and made it their own though.

If none of those count then it’s the old Storm PF in original Cockrum costume from like 10 years ago.

I definitely forgot brown Wolverine and Symbiote Spider-Man, but yeah wouldn't really count them due to overwhelming character popularity.

Catwoman is good, but only period-specific with the EX head.

New Captain America and Thor are definitely "classic" but again arguably the main looks for like 50 years.

It?s all subjective I know, but you at least seen them in person.

Nightcrawler was one of my favourites, but I?m very biased towards X-men.

Kept meaning to post this from SDCC. Not sure how/if these assemblage lines are going to change for the production pieces, but here they are.

I thought it was confirmed that the SDCC Nightcrawler was a production piece.
