LOL, that's me.
Her left hair strand doesn't fit snugly in the surprised portrait. Instead it just lays flat against the hair instead of flaring up above the hair like it does in the other two portraits, or like the right hair strand does in all 3 portraits.
Those pics illustrate how loose the hair strand is, and rotates freely. Here are the three portraits for comparison, with the last pic being the surprised portrait

I got that issue too. Mine actually fell out the hole and fell on the floor. I sent an email with pics to support to see what they say.

I would technically consider my issues defects, not shipping damages. The boxes were in perfect condition. They reinforced the edges with some sort of solid/hard edge protectors around all sides too, plus the BBTS double boxing feature.
