The face reminds me of the sideshow Vampirella sitting on the skull. Only that the Vampirella Ex head looks better.

I would remove the skeleton and have the head look forward. With a mischievous grin.

I prefer the Purgatori portrait, and have not been a fan of the Vampirella portrait from day one.

The Purgatori base could use improving.
The more i look at the railing, the more it is obvious to see the 3D artist cut'n'pasted each vertical bar, probably to save time. The railing should be bent, crooked, broken, aged. Not brand new off the shelf.

The first 4 are copy cut'n'paste. The remaining 5 look the same, the difference being they have been mirrored/flipped.
2 minutes work for a 3D artist.

At first glance, I saw the picture of the muffin & thought they sculpted her with a muffin top.

I'm very very happy with the look of Purgatori, cant wait to see her painted, I do agree with ukshaun, the base needs a little work and it does need to be shortened or something so it doesn't look like a muffin, but Purgatori herself makes me very happy, almost 100% I'm getting this

Also I think I agree with you guys, the Skeleton isn't needed, I think her sitting on the tombstone itself without the skeleton would give her a better presence, again though I think Purgatori herself is great

I have this piece. I always look at the base as an alter of stone, not actual skulls. Almost like a sacrificial platform, and that helps explain the different size skulls and the blood flowing down.

I like the skeleton but hate the muffin base. You really can't unsee it. Maybe it'll look better with paint.

Anyone know the usual time frame for PCS? Since they have shown this image, I'm just wondering how long of a wait until they show a painted version?
