I also got a poll email from Tomy asking my opinion about which ship should be next. It was the refit, which was expected already, as well as Enterprise D, Strange Worlds Enterprise, and a TOS Klingon Battle cruiser. They apparently are also considering doing them as smaller ships which I didn't vote for, we have plenty of options there.
I'll be very excited for TNG Enterprise. It was such a let down when Chronicle folded and their version was cancelled.

I filled out the survey, but not honestly.

The only other ship I want is the refit. But I don't want cough up the money for that one anytime soon. And not before I can gauge how well they achieved what they said they would with this first one.

I'd be happy to see TNG fans serviced next- or even TOS fans with the Klingon cruiser.
The latter would offer a worthwhile counterpoint/mate to first release, as well a likely coming in at a reduced cost compared to any of the other ships.

Yes, D was #1 on my survey. I was never 100% sold on the Chronicle piece(luckily) so I never placed an order, but I do want a decent representation of that ship.

Do we have any update on this. And is any web store planning on have these in stock?

I voted D. That's the only other version I have interest in/space for.

They send various updates to those who ordered once in a while. Nothing really to note yet though. AFAIK these will not be sold in stores(ebay will have some I am sure).

This was the last Facebook Live update they cast back in December.

They were in debugging mode then. They had a metal mock up from the factory and were sending back lists of what needed to be corrected, etc.

I don't do Facebook, so I'm getting all this long after the fact.

I do know that the next project won't be another large starship. They've said it will be quite smaller and more affordable.

As 67L88Stingray said, the plan in funding stage was not to be selling these in stores or online. but I don't know how hard and fast that will end up being.
I personally wouldn't care if they ran off a few hundred extra to help subsidize this and more projects going forward.

Given the size of it, I thought this was already considered affordable.

Relatively affordable already prices out more than half the population. They mean affordable to a much wider potential audience.

So did I. Absolutely- especially when you look around at the price of large, poly-resin statues at the same time.
This thing looked like a mammoth bargain.

Yet despite that, they had to cut their goal in half, and make several extensions to get this thing funded.

That's probably why they are looking for something that comes in under $300 for the next one.
Maybe well under.
I don't have any knowledge of a price figure, or even what it is, yet. I'm just extrapolating from what they've said and how they've stressed it.
