One of the many reasons I love the SS She-Hulk comiquette is how prevalent her lawyer profession is. From the torn clothes to the briefcase to the city street base.
Unlikely that the XM base will change. It looks like it was meant to go alongside Ms. Marvel's. Maybe She-Hulk can tape a subpoena onto the barrel.

I don't think the base should be changed from the tank- that's how I would display it myself. But having a simple set of steps included is a pretty easy way to offer another display option if there was a second more playful portrait because the pose would work either way.
Anyway the main thing here is that the statue is shaping up to be a knockout. I'm going to try to get two.

BTW, I know this is still in early stage, but there are two things I noticed and don't seem right.
1. The way her right calf connects on the back of the knee. The muscle seems to suddenly dive right into the knee and the separation between calf and quad is too sudden.
2. Her left quad seems unnaturally long and plain, it needs more muscle definition.
Pic for reference:

answer for your first question. one word. shadow.
the image is heavily lit. if you look really close you can just barely make out more of her calf. nothing to worry about there.
and for the second. well you already answered that one. its an early WIP.
im sure that they will fine tune everything before it goes off to print.

If she really pulled that off the tank, it needs to have dents, areas where it was bent and pulled.

feel the head is slightly small in proportion to rest of body..the base takes away a lot from the She hulk sculpt though,

I wasnt going to get this, but I may need to now to add her to the ever growing Avengers line up. She's looking good so far.
Oh well, time to start saving. Again.

Man some of you are super anal about a WIP. Personally I think it looks great, the base concept works very well for the piece. And her muscle definition looks terrific. I'll be getting this for sure.

Anality runs rampant on these forums. I thought that was a given already.
