SDCC Gentle Giant Pics
Folks, plain and simple, Gentle Giant has requested that we neither post images or links to images of their pieces as displayed at SDCC. I've gone through and deleted as many as I found. This is a request which we will honor, no discussion, no debate, no polls. So DO NOT POST images or they will be the last you post for a while.  Thanks.

Its stupid... Other companies had the No Picture rule on their stuff also...  It makes no sense... If you dont want people to see it then dont show it!

Thats fine. Just about every other site that covers GG's lines or the SDCC has the images up. All it means is people will go elsewhere to find them instead of looking here.
I think its pretty stupid for GG to alienate their customers in this manner. Not everybody can afford to travel to the SDCC and to say that only those people that do are worthy of seeing their products is a slap in the face to everyone who supports their product. If they aren't ready for public viewing don't show them, simple as that. And if you're worried about photos that are taken at the Con misrepresenting the products then GG should just release their own "official" images and list them as a "work in progress" and it wouldn't even be an issue.
