What region are you? Blizzard has an EU Blizzard Gear store if you're in Europe. There are also other means of getting the statue through retailers that ship internationally, for instance BigBadToyStore:

It's the best place to buy Blizzard stuff if you are from Europe. I have bought a Sylvanas statue recently and the shipping to Slovakia was approx. 16€ which is pretty good I think.
