Yep it seems way under-sized to be a true 1:1 bust scale of Neytiri, It should be be considerably larger if it was movie accurate scale, looks like it is indeed a 'human size' bust, still a great looking piece though.
Not surprising, otherwise it'll kind of get a bit unwieldy. Would've been cool, until you try to find space for it or try to display it with other busts.
