The same one who green-lighted the Ghostbuster & MIB & Freddy bishoujos? (More power to you if you're into these, but I don't "get" them at all.)
I, too, thought I was game for any Star Wars bishoujos (Aayla/Talon at top of my list), but am doubtful on this one.

I am pretty sure the people at Kotobukiya are more than aware of how well popular characters like Leia or Padme would sell. This choice (or lack of a choice) must be due to a licensing issue.

They might, a reporter who attended Kotos WonderCon panel said "Star Wars Celebration will be held on April 16-19 at the Anaheim Convention Center. I'll just be glad if Koto continues with the SW bishoujo line. If Jes Gistang is completed, cool but i won't be surprised if Disney instructs Koto to make film + TV canon characters instead like Daisy Ridley's character, Rey, from Episode VII or Rebels "Fulcrum".

"Fulcrum" would be great.  I'm not gonna spoil it here, but I'm sure many people would be very happy to see that character in statue form.
