I'm starting to get a little obsessed with this piece the more I look at it. XM's last post about it on Facebook seems to suggest that it was being released earlier in the year, unless I read that wrong. I saw on the website that it won't be mailed until later 2019.
Have they shown any production pieces on this yet?

No, it just went up for official PO from July 11-25 and the current release date states Q2-Q3 2019.

Well, the XM website's official PO is already done. So, at this point (and going forward) you will only be able to order him from Spec Fiction or one of the XM middlemen sellers.
