I was wondering this as well. Probably some new character we'll find out about in the next issues.

The end of Brightest Day arrived finally and I found it pretty bitter, nothing to do with the orgasmic finale of Blackest Night.

So cruel end for Deadman and Hawkman....that f'n white lamp was a MEGA Biach!

The 'return' of Swamp Thing and Constantine were a nice surprise though.

Hawkman was worse than Deadman, at least Boston can talk to Dove. Carter finally breaks the curse and STILL loses her.

I really enjoyed the finale but it was indeed a cruel fate for DD & Hawkman. DD finally embraced life only to have it ripped away from him. However his name is DD so he wouldnt have gone on long amonst the living could he? Hawkman...yeah that stings since it appears she was taken away for absolutely no reason. I trust however the Geoff has a larger plan ahead for these characters. Was cool to see the various plans laid out by the White Lantern in the beginning finally come to fruition. My fave was finally seeing why the White Lantern had ordered Captain Boomerang to throw the boomerang at Dove since the start of the series. Great to see Swamp Thing & Constantine back in the DCU!
