it wasn't Fury. he's not part of the Illuminati, it was stark, reed and SHIELD. they used a HoloProjection. Fury was already a fugitive from SHIELD, but Banner is always oblivious to current events.

Since Tony believes he is actually doing the right thing, he's not too far from redemption. However, in his quest to do the right thing, he has lost sight of the morality of his methods. Machiavelli strikes again...
I dont know how he can ever come back from this. He may have just started his new career as Marvel's newest anti-hero. The only way this can stop is the government repealing this law, and do you see this happening anytime soon? I guess if has too if Cap (and everyone else) is going to stay in the USA.
