I have to say, jet lag's a b!tch.
I slept really good Friday night, but I think the Ambien and lack of sleep had a good deal to do with that.
Tonight I woke up at 3am and finally got out of bed about 4:10. Hopefully I'll get sleepy again and go back to bed for a few hours. I didn't take a nap or anything yesterday, so I figured I would be good on sleeping tonight.

That's what they tell me.
I don't remember actually drinking the last two, but I remember them being there. I was told I downed them on the way out the door.

If I do it's usually a margarita or two every few months. I used to drink a lot more, but I don't really feel like it now a days.
