Mike Zeck could draw a great Punisher. He drew a good Cap and Deathlok as well.

Two things:

(1) First comic book I remember buying myself.
(2) So damn unusual! (a) The hero or villian is NOT the center of the action. Plus (b) the sheer energy of this massive structure coming down, just teetering there and on the verge of picking up speed, is totally exciting.
