When I used to get it, I would have to agree with this comment.

Recycle them where you take your old phone books.

I have a similar dilemma with wizard and toyfare and Lee's action figure and a few other comic/toy mags. A lot that are way out of print tryin to decide what to do with all of them, all in magazine boxes and I am like do I just throw them out or what... if they don't have a Batman cover or full Batman article in them what good are they to me but I hate to just chunk them lol

look for a local group home or afterschool programs. talk to someone in charge and ask if they have any sort of reading programs. when i worked with at risks teens several were 16 with a 5th grade reading level. i brought in old issues of video game mags and old wizards. if the place is a non profit company ask for a donation voucher from the program staff and you can write off cover cost, just make sure someone from the program signs it and puts their tax exampt number in.

on a different note, i was out of comics for 10 years and i've taken old previews from shops if they were just going to ditch them so i can page through them and maybe find something that i didn't know was even out.

Recycle the Previews and donate the Wizard/Toyfare/Toy Mags. Pull any promo cards out and sell 'em or somethin cause some of those are pretty good sometimes.

Only old "catalog" style comic stuff worth any significant value are the old "Valiant Voice" newsprints. The diehard Valiant collectors always want them and some of them are quite pricey! I know you're thinking "but it's Valiant!" lmao but it's true!

The afterschool program may be a good destination for the Wizard mags but realistically they aren't that great reads as they are showcasing upcoming books that the kids will likely never get to read. The old Previews are just cheap old order catalogues. I say recycle them. Pull out inserts that interest you and free yourself of the unnecessary clutter.
