I hear ya, I would of rather had my Hercules statue. However due to his terrible business ethics I ended up buying the conan dio which I wouldn't of purchased if the transaction went through smoothly.

That sounds good. I'm going to use that to justify my next statue purchase! It sounds so much better than I have an uncontrollable obsession to collect stuff...

I emailed Spec Fic yesterday after hours (8pm) to get an update on their end. I also asked if they will be offering anything by way of discount on future purchased as way of compensation for this debacle. I'll let you know what I get back.

So, no reply from SF on my email yesterday. I sent two more off today and called and left a phone message. Also called ARH and no change there, so payment still hasn't been made.

Yeah my SF email is still not answered and so is my ARH email.

If tomorrow there is no good news ,I'm opening a paypal case and getting my money back.

Didn't ARH hire new staff to specifically answer emails and do customer support? Thought I heard that somewhere...

ARH does have a dedicated customer service person. She is pretty good about answering emails but in my experience it's best to call. In fact I call daily to find out what's going on.

In my dealings with her, and it's ALWAYS her that answers the phone, she really hasn't stated whether SF is or is not going to pay the bill. I can't say what her conversation has been with other people though.

By way of an update, SF returned my email today and told me that they will be making full payment tonight. Hopefully that's true. I will follow up with ARH tomorrow.
