Nice. So what's your asessment? I have this on order and I'm curious about in-hand opinions

Looks like the Kotobukiya ED-209 figure, I think it's about 4 inches tall.

Sorry for some reason I just saw this now.

It's fantastic and worth the price if your a Robocop fan.

The sound samples are good until he talks.
Sadly they re-recorded the lines and you can actually hear a Chinese accent! LOL

Also the 'mouth" should be a little deeper set inward but not a deal breaker. Perhaps they needed room for the speaker.

All in all if it meant the mouth was deeper and no bad sound sample, I would have preferred no sound at all.

Other than that it is extremely poseable in ways the little NECA guy there could never do.

It comes with a battle damaged left arm, but I can't see using it unless your going to put Robocop right up there with him grappling in combat like in the film.

Also it has a more accurate paint than the NECA. NECA went with a metallic blue more suiting of Robocop. ED was always a gray.

Yes, that is the NECA. Also a great one to get, if the Hot Toys is too much money or your not as big a fan, the NECA is still a great item. Also has sound samples that are actually more accurate because they are straight from the film, not re-recorded lines, but the speaker sucks and it's hard to make it out at first.

The NECA is much larger then that about 10" tall or more if you extend his legs fully.

The Hot Toys ED is very large. 16" tall roughly posed with legs mid extended.

Hot Toys posted production samples of die cast Robocop. Looks good. Can wait to get it. Too bad they didn't do an unmasked portrait
