The new Head of Customer Care Eric Fetchet actually posted a comment at this post in the official Tweeterhead Collectors group on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/15qEqPspZd/

There will be maybe a new newsletter this Friday because it's the first Friday in December.

Hi everyone.
First off, I wanna to say that writing this post pains me, because despite the issue I?m gonna tell you about I?m still a huge Tweeterhead fan (I currently own 16 of their statues and I?m waiting on Batman to ship), I believe Chad and all there are great people and I?m still gonna support them going forward, but maybe not buy direct from them. I?m doing this post because it?s been more than 8 months since I first reached out to Tweeterhead customer service and it seems like this is the only way for the issue to be finally solved.
Back on March 18th I submitted a form on Tweeterhead website requesting to cancel my Superman bust that I had paid in full. Before anyone comes at me for this, read above, I own 16 soon to be 17 of their 1/6 statues and most have been bought direct from them; I wanna cancel the preorder because I realized that I couldn?t start a new line and decided to continue collecting their 1/6 DC line. There was no response to my request.
On April 1st I submitted a second form on their website and once again didn?t receive a response, so I tried emailing Chad directly on April 9th, but that didn?t work.
On July 5th I submitted a third form. I received a response on July 10th, basically telling that they had begun processing any outstanding cancellation/refund and to expect mine to be processed in the next few weeks, I replied asking if they needed any information for the refund process, e.g. card number, bank account, etc. Unfortunately, weeks went by and I didn?t receive any answer or updates, so I sent them an email on September 27th and they answered that very day asking me for a PayPal o Venmo id for my refund; however, I didn?t have neither at the time and requested the refund be done to the credit card I used for purchase, they replied they didn?t keep cards on file but were gonna find out the process to get it done. I decided to look into the PayPal option and realized that adding bank accounts from Costa Rica ?where I live- was much easier than last time I had tried, so I linked my account and on October 1st sent them the link for the transfer. After that, I didn?t receive any answer, so I sent them more emails on October 9th and 31st, but once again nothing.
On November 6th I contacted them through Facebook messenger and sent them screenshots of all the previous emails; they replied on November 8th saying that the refund would be processed the following week. Once again, the week went by and no refund was processed, so on November 15th I emailed Eric Fetchet ?their new Head of Customer Support-, he replied on November 19th that he was just getting up and running, but that he would look into my issue and update me later that week. At this moment, I haven?t received an update or the refund, despite the fact that I sent Eric another email yesterday.
This whole issue has been really disappointing for me, a collector who loves Tweeterhead, who has always and will continue supporting them. Unfortunately, it?s very possible I won?t buy direct from them anymore.
