The only problem with Spec’s customer service is that it’s constant. Every time I wander into the Sanctuary, Todd is in there dusting statues, switching out portraits, and reorganizing my brown shippers so they only occupy half the space.
Why did my son get straight A’s last semester? Todd.

Lolll, anything I can do to help out the sanctuary hahaha. Your son got straight A’s because he’s smart. Also I’ve been tutoring him.
Honestly though I spoke with the person who said I didn’t respond to their emails and we exchanged a few messages. They gave me an email address so I could search my mailbox. Nothing popped up so I tried emailing the person with said email and it bounced back. I asked them to send me another email and they said they would so now I’m just waiting.

Todd’s customer service is so rapid I felt guilty and apologized for being a nuisance one time. He just laughed and said keep emailing if I had questions or concerns. His shop is literally one of the best retail style organizations I’ve ever dealt with. Superb.
