Looking at the photos again, since it says that Kitty is 9" tall, and the black column base looks like almost as tall as the actual kitty sculpture, I'm guessin Kitty itself is only about 4.5" to 5" tall?
Quite mini.

Patrick, the faces on the bases are supposed to be the character's civilian or powered down faces.
However, I find it strange that they have one for NightCrawler too. Because NightCrawler doesn't have a powered down civilian face. He is always blue skinned, yellowed eyed. Like a blue demon. Unlike Colussus, who can transform back to human look.

Neither does Kitty. She doesn't wear a mask and her physical appearance doesn't change so why bother?
I think that the idea wasn't thought out very well because whilst it works for Cyclops, or maybe Beast, I think that there are too many characters who don't wear masks to make it worth while. Especially when it's all black anyway so Colossus (as an example) wouldn't look any different.
