Correct. I've encountered this before with them and it is justified, being some of the flex pays are a year old and you can't reimburse from a year ago. They should see my credit card,on file and send the money to it. The problem I have is getting my money back by talking to human. The messages I leave are not even returned. I'm probly on a waitlist for a return call.

I have been calling for 2 days. Goes to answering machine. I've called returns and customer service and the direct line given to me on the email, and her answering machine is full and doesn't accept new messages. Rest assure, I'll keep trying and post my results here.

As nice as they are with emails, I've been barely able to sort things out when I needed to email them. They usually give the same 2-3 automatic answers that don't really help.
But you're right, Frobay should try any mean to contact them.
