ARH Frazetta Barbarian Repaint

Ha! Fooled you. No pics yet. Just sent mine off today to be repainted by Hanna Myers. I'm really excited about it. Will post any pics she sends me. I'm told it might be done by the end of April, which would be much faster than other painters I have used.

Sounds good to me. She is painting Level52's Catwoman and that looks great.

I support that. I'm super excited over this piece. It seems insane to me that they are making this like they are and not cutting a single corner, but I'm glad they are. It's looked amazing since the start and each step of the way, they are making it more and more amazing. The base is going to have a lot to live up to, because so far, this is a five star top notch job.

Definitely, i hadn't planned on buying any frazetta pieces but if it comes close to that proto i'll be needing one.

And it is coming up soon too. Man April is going to kick my hobby budget in the Jimmy.

Not that anyone cares but I could be seeing all of this by the end of April

yeah, collecting is a b##ch. Since we are comparing notes, for me April is almost the same:

1. ARH Valkyrie repainted by Polyxeni Dalla
2. Kane II by Kostas Krasonis
3. HMO - Siren
4. Level 52 - Catwoman pre order
5. Level 52 - Odin pre order
6. Hopefully ARH Thor repainted by Polyxeni Dalla
7. Hopefully Chronicle Thulsa Doom pre order

Luckily my wife doesn't know ...... nah just kidding.

I don't mind you asking but I just don't discuss painting rates other than to say each artist is different and it may depend on your track record with them (if any) and some other factors including how busy they are and so on. It is always best to contact them directly and negotiate a price. I will tell you that great paint work like great anything else ain't cheap.

To be completely honest I don't even have a firm price yet on my Barbarian. She wants to see it in hand and then we will talk again.

I didn't get Huntress with Cats, it was never one of my favorites and it had a big base and at the time I thought we were going to get a lot of other Frazetta stuff and I was concerned about room and money. I have never even seen one in hand.
