Problems using reward points

The last couple of things Iíve pre-ordered havenít given me the option to apply my reward points. I know I canít use the pending ones but it doesnít give me the option to use my available ones. I was able to with Hoth Han Solo but havenít had the option since. Anybody else have this issue?

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I knew I couldn't be the only one. I remember seeing the option before but now I never see it.

Logging back in for a bit just to show y'all where reward points are applied in the cart. It's through the final checkout screen of your cart. Please see my attachments in this post for visual reference of where application of points and discount codes (if a code hadn't been applied in the previous screen) live. Hope this helps!

Thanks Alex. It doesn't give me the option for some reason. I'll try again.
