Alien is listed at website as 'Non Scale' and with base it is 67cm high (26.3")

Warrior at wiki is 7 up to 8 feet, making the ALIENS Statue a perfect 1/4 scale to me.

Prime1 has multiple statue set at 'non scale'.

Supposedly the Warriors from the second film were the shortest of them all, but I don't know if Prime 1 would have factored that in. Could be a convenient way to explain the smaller size if it's indeed 1/3.

Yeah, they were about three years ago. Strange that we've had so many other Predators since then. I'd love to see some progress on both of those...

They only just put up the ES for their City Hunter which went up long before this. That has a surprisingly small ES regardless. Although I imagine that this will be higher. They never seem to be in any hurry.
