ATTENTION! DO YOU HAVE THE LEANING PROBLEM?
DO YOU WANT TO SOLVE IT? READ ABOVE:
The problem is:
The weight of the cape +time +heat = Leaning.
There is no perfect batman hush. There are Batmans with leaning and batmans who don't have leaning YET.
Take care of your statue!
Solution:
1) Left foot higher.
2) Support the cape higher.
This SOLUTION doesn't damage the statue at all. The leaning will be corrected, not completely but the result will be great. Supporting the cape higher we will avoid more leaning in the future so your bats will remain safe and sound.
Check photos in order to see how it works and what the result is. All photos are mine so the batman you will see is mine and I guess you can get the same result if the leaning you want to correct is not too much.
I really hope this will help people to solve the main problem of this incredible piece.

P1 doesn't even have real photos of this piece in its website page and the art box we all have still shows images of the first prototype.
I wouldn't expect anything from P1 about this line.

They already have people's money, they probably couldn't care less about these leaning problems, especially if it happens after 30 days

does propping the left foot up cause the right foot to raise out of the base?

They gave him too much of a lean in the first place. He should have been standing more up right as in the cover this was based on.

They must add more key and peg here and there, instead they only give 1 small key peg,and the Cape is too heavy
