Have you taken the time to review their "flexpay" terms and conditions? Perhaps the answer lies there.

Failing that, initiate a Charge Back or Payment challenge through your Credit Card provider.

When it comes to the potential for financial loss, a forum is the last place I would go.......

5 days, especially when it's a weekend (so really max 3 business days, and who knows when you sent it coulda been after hours) and SDCC weekend at that may not be enough time for them to respond. Also don't keep spamming emails at them it's probably hurting more then helping.

Prime one msg me today that they going to refund today the remaining payment.they apologized for making me wait but didn't tell anything reason.now waiting for the refunds
