I don’t know why this would be delayed so much...you’d think with the basics out of the way with the first raptor bust that it would be that much quicker to produce this.

It's different enough, its not just a paint variant.

I see March 2020 to May 2020 now according to sideshow. Probably closer to may I would imagine. That will be more than two years since I jumped on the pre order day one. After such a long wait I lose interest. The bust is in stock with SS and will probably remain so well after it actually is released. I could use that 1K that I have put into this bust for lots of things in the meantime. If Chronicle just took a deposit it would be ok but they make you pay it off well before its ready.

Over a year and up to 2 years is pretty standard these days so if you still want to go ahead and cancel, just be ready to pay double once it gets sold out. You will be paying hundreds more even if you reorder now so it does not make much sense to me at this point.

To be honest I don't see this selling out anytime soon. The JP1 bust was sold out by now. I could see this getting discounted down the road. Its JP2 after all.

I realize that but the variations are minor

JP1 didn't sell out until close to release(and that was when they said they were not making this one). I don't see this getting discounted under the $999 early bird price even being JP2. The movie it came from is irrelevant, many like that coloration better than JP1

Not really, the eyes are completely different, mouth area needs resculpted to fit the new jaw position, the base gets a new logo, and the paintjob is all new. Yes, the basics are there, but changes aren't minor.

I am getting concerned on the delivery time for this product, especially because of the new warning email I got yesterday, which I posted in the “worried” thread. We should have this by now.
