-Weta are making DC movie pieces in 1/4th.
-Tweeterhead is also releasing DC 1/4 movie pieces.
-Queen Studios is making 1/4th comic and movie pieces for both DC and Marvel(?) not sure if they have Marvel comic pieces.

Add to that the custom Market, my interest has greatly depleted in Sideshow's offerings, or lack of.

SS still has the monopoly on the US license though. None of those other companies are licensed for the US, unless they go trough SS.

Lol.....ok. You want to say they make the most cost efficient statues? Fine. I get that. But their quality isn’t even close to P1/XM.

The 1/4 X-Men are the best comparisons and the verdict on detail/quality between XM and Sideshow seems decidedly mixed. Some better, some worse.

Overall I like the Sideshow ones better (not Emma), but XM wins on character variety for sure. Sideshow sure takes the price/availability crown. And sometimes it feels like XM adds a bunch of stuff to the statues to justify pricing it like it's one scale up even though they don't have the license. Looking at you, Samurai line.

Don't see much point in comparing 1/4 Sideshow to 1/3 Prime 1, a 1/3 should have better detail, paint, presence, whatever.
