Anyone received their replacement Hyena due to the broken jaw issue from shipping? Its been almost a year since I notified them and was assured of a replacement!!

I'll never order direct through Tweeterhead again. If I ordered through Sideshow, I doubt I'd be waiting a year for a replacement.

Of course. But at least TH would be getting pressed by Sideshow to fulfill these replacements. When you buy direct from TH, you have no recourse other than to just continue following up with TH about a replacement, whereas at least through Sideshow you have communication and someone else in your corner helping to secure a replacement.

I have no leverage in this scenario and can only hope TH doesn't forget about me while I follow up with them every few months to no reply. My stance on no longer POing or buying anything from them in the last 6 months is futile as they no longer respond.

I find it annoying when collectors drag companies online, but I'm tired of being ignored and it shouldn't take a year to get a replacement to a collector (at any level of the hobby).

I've emailed multiple times about my replacement Wonder Woman head with no response for 7 months so I understand his frustration. It shouldn't be this difficult and we shouldn't have to jump through all these hoops.

If they haven't answered umpteen emails, why would I bother reaching out on Facebook (much less call Chad's cell)? This is insane.

I hate to say this but I would actually send another email
I had sent I think either three or four emails to Tweeterhead never got a response
Grphyx did help me out quite a bit but I was still expecting a response from Tweeterhead but never got it
I did send one out about two weeks ago and in about a week I did get a response from Gwen who said that they would notate my address change so I do feel better about that
It’s quite possible your emails might be buried under hundreds of other emails and they haven’t gotten to them yet so maybe sending a fresh email might get a response than some of the older ones
Trust me though I do understand your frustration

Agreed. I will try again now that Gwen is onboard. It's just maddening to be completely ignored for 7 months. Now Donna's here and it's like rubbing salt in the wound that her sister doesn't have a head. Needless to say, she was very upset. Ha.

Sideshow and any other retailer would’ve offered a full replacement instead of waiting almost a year for a part from Tweeterhead direct.
