Do you guys think it's safe to buy statues directly from him?

Yoda1 seems very high. Especially when you consider the new FS GG one coming out.

I got a Stormtrooper from Moriaki. Paid a little less than ebay prices(it generally sells for $750-$800, I paid $700 buy it now)It should be here tuesday. I also know a local guy that ordered from him and got excellent service. P1X also got two Troopers from him. His prices for the lower numbers statues are high, tough. BIG Japanase Flipper. Some people call him there "Grusonriaki".

j/k with ya, my friend.

It sold for $700-$900 many times on ebay. High, yes, but that's the price those sell for. I personally don't want to spend more than $500 on it(It's a nice piece, tough, but not high in my list.). In the meatime, I will be happy with my Yoda 2. Maybe will get Yoda 1 down the road when/if I find a better price.

High prices considering other E-Bay auctions prices IMO. I have to admit that I don't know the retail prices for the japanese edition.

Yup, he charges by the statue numbers. Mine was 115/200 and I paid $700. He now sells a 29/200 Trooper for $1000 and a 003/200 for $1200! Very high. Personally, I couldn't care less about numbers, as long as the statue it's perfect.

Hey Cap, I would take number 200/200 for $500, do you think it could be possible!? I have to agree with you on this one! All I care is the condition of the piece, I don't mind numbers.
