Now that you mention it, I'm not sure anyone would want my organs either - they've had a hard life. I used to donate an organ a couple of times a week, but that's alot less frequent now that we're married

Not really. I donate through my payroll deduction at work. And often give toys for the Christmas programs. Shawna was "lunch lady" this summer for the kids.

I've often wondered how this works . . . the mods all do alternating shifts (based on their time zones) and Galactus has to stay up all the time and drink alot of coffee ???

We completed our First Aid renewal on the weekend (both my wife and I). Usually if there is any video during the training it's typically a lame re-enactment of someone with some kind of injury. However when we did the choking element of the course, the trainer put on this bit of youtube video to demonstrate how easily choking can happen, and how quickly it can go wrong. This video really scared me, but at the same time I was very glad to be doing the first aid training so I know how to deal with this properly (I should add, the video is pretty confronting):

As we live in Oz, we also have to do first aid training for snake bites, spider bites, shark attack, venomous octopus and jellyfish stings etc. On a much lighter note, the trainer also showed us this bit of video during a break.
