Edmonton Expo Haul (Grummett art)

Well, my haul from this show is nowhere near the size of my Rose City haul. While the Edmonton show is larger and had higher attendance (I'm guessing probably close to twice RCCC's), it actually brings in less comic artists than Rose City did (more guests on the entertainment side). Anyway, Tom Grummett attending saved the show for me, as I've been meaning to get a Valkyrie from him. Also picked up a couple of pages that I found in his big pile o' art, one featuring Tigra and the other featuring the young Enchantress.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Nice pick ups! I love that page with Tigra and Hybrid! I would have loved swiping though his pile of art!

Grummett art always makes me happy.

Such smooth, soft, great renditions of characters. I love the way he draws women.

Nice haul. I like Tom Grummett too, and his prices are always fair.

Generally I dig Grummett's art and think he's under rated. I've picked up a few pages, with the help of Byron, and his prices have always been fair to really good.
Hope to run across Grummett at a show sometime.

Also, a friend of mind is involved in putting this show on, so if it comes up, I'll ask about the lack of comic artists in attendance.

Me too! Previously got a Ravager commission from him, and I plan on making this just the first in a long line of Asgardian Women commissions (once my funds replenish from Rose City and Edmonton Expo).
