That's a bit harsh.
I still think it's probably the most accurate face sculpt currently on the market. For others in the line, especially for their CW Falcon which imo is better than their newest Captain iteration (which I also have on preorder). I think their CW Cap masked head sculpt was also better than their Endgame Cap (I currently have their first 3 MCU Caps).
And most of the critiques levied against the Winter Soldier head sculpt had to do with the hair. If I'm remembering right, collectors contrasted it with various pastas.
