Who are the comic book artists most near and dear to your heart with their style ?
1- Darwyn Cooke
2- Mike Allred
3- Mike Mignola
4- J. H. Williams III
5- Alex Ross
I really like Alex Ross and J.H.Williams III's sinematic realism in style and Williams III's really creative panel work. I am absolutely crazy about Mike Mignola, Mike Allred and Legendry Darwyn Cooke's exquiset stylistic art that so unique to themselves, full of character and mood. RIP Darwyn Cooke, you left us too soon. :/ Among them Darwyn Cooke and Mike Mignola also really talented comic book writters as well.

1. Alex Ross
2. J.H. Williams III
3. Joseph Michael Linsner
These are the only artists from whom I'd buy a new book today regardless of the characters featured. Within limits--I'm not sure I'd be all in on an Alex Ross Transformers comic or a J.H. Williams III Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles title (I don't care at all for those franchises), but it would be tempting.

I want to add a number 6 to my list:
6- Stjepan Sejic
His art feels abit digital, but somehow that is not bad. Quite the opposite, his art is so pretty to look at like a bit digital looking oil paint portraits.

He?s also a sweetheart of a guy. Wonderful and lots of fun at conventions. Really appreciated his fans.
