I'd imagine those will have to be returned, but the retailers might be able to sell them for a discount.
It's a shame to see so many having issues. Mine arrived perfect which was a nice change after having issues with my Joker(QC not shipping).

Good luck getting one! 
That said, if you DO - in most cases it looks like a straight forward fix. You might need to do some minor remodelling and painting around the neck seam.
It'd be a great mini project.

Repairing it actually sounds fun. I don't stress fixable issues the way some other collectors do.

Guess I got lucky so far with my JND statues.
Catwoman - did not have the neck issue (shipped direct from JND).
WW84 - no paint issues as someone posted earlier (SpecFic).
Hopefully Harley will arrive OK.
