So, we know that this won't be available to buy direct from JND if you're outside Korea, but does this means we also can't buy from retailers? Spec Fiction or Sugo for example.

They will need to buy from a distributor in South Korea most likely. Not sure if they have been doing that in general prior, as JND does have other regional distributors.
